University DBE Program Mission
The College
of Business Administration’s
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Supportive Services Program at Alabama State University
has the mission of providing technical and managerial assistance to
disadvantages/women business owners interested in doing business with the
Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT). The program seeks to ensure that
businesses are equipped with the resources and guidance needed to perform ALDOT
contracts and compete in today’s competitive markets.
The Alabama State University
Center for DBE is part of
an ongoing commitment by the Alabama Department of Transportation to increase
the number of disadvantaged/women contracting firms seeking or doing business
with The Department of Transportation.
Steps to Register Your
Company Online:

Click on Register to register
as a user (this will set up security on the system)

Enter your name and other
information, click the "I accept" check box.

Select DBE Login to add your
profile. Your user name is your e-mail address and password that you
entered in registration.

From the drop down selection
choose DBE.

Choose create new listing
from the menu on the upper right.

Enter your company's
information on the form.
-
Click the [ADD]
Button at the bottom of the Form.

Verify your information and Click
the [Update] Button.

Exit the System.
